Wellspring was founded in 2021 to leverage its experience and serve businesses and entrepreneurs to grow their portfolios and maximize return on investments through accurate bookkeeping and timely/specific advice. Within 1 year, Wellspring is serving clients in North America, the UK, UAE, and Pakistan with partners in each region.
Wellspring, Farooq, Bilal, and Ayesha co-founders started their careers with EY (formerly Ernst & Young). Farooq stayed within EY to become one of the youngest Partner, serving in the assurance segment serving clients throughout the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region and global clients from North America. He also spent 4 years as Chief Financial Officer of South Asia's fastest-growing investment bank (Escorts Investment Bank).
Bilal ventured out to the other side of the table and served in various prominent positions with companies in the Automotive, FMCG, Manufacturing, and Tech sectors for over 10 years.
Ayesha has been the backbone of the company and service delivery. Due to her exceptional technical and people skills, she quickly rose to the position of Partner – North America. Previously, she worked as an Assurance Lead and Financial Analyst in EY, a global NGO and outsourcing firm, in many leading positions.
